Learning Should Never Stop

We believe that every day you’re alive is a day you can learn something. That’s why we have built continuous learning into our processes. While we work on projects, we are constantly asking ourselves if there is anything that would apply to other projects or our overall work plan. If there is a better way to be found, we’ll find it.

We’re Goal Oriented Vs Time Oriented

We’re not a manufacturing shop where what you get done is inherently tied to the hours you put in. We are much more interested in getting the job done than having people clock in and out at the right time every day. Every task we assign an employee is a part of a larger task and the pieces only fit if every single employee is dedicated to getting their tasks done on time.

100% at Work

Just as scoring 99 runs are enough for calling it a century, or running 99 meters to a 100 meters race. When we’re at work, we believe to be 100% focused on the task at hand. We genuinely believe good is not good enough until it’s best and perfect finish.

We work hard and we play hard. We demand a lot from our employees over the course of a day. It’s only reasonable that we offer everyone a chance to blow off steam as well. We take having fun religiously. We sponsor sporting and other events both inside and outside the office.

Some offices make advancement a matter of office politics. We don’t. We’re all about getting the job done to the best of our abilities. We link promotion and advancement directly to performance milestones. If you meet the milestones, you’ll advance. It’s as simple as that.
